Pickup and delivery — address, city, or ZIP. Local under ~100 miles uses one date. Longer trips use a 2-day pickup window.

Name, email, phone. We do not sell the lead. A closed gift box rides along — it does not open yet.
See a planning range
Home size, date, optional room snaps. The range is unlabeled planning — we never take 30% of it. A scan of studio / 1 / 2 / 3 / 4+ skips the size picker.
One confirmed price
Inside the Minneapolis – northern Maine – Key West triangle the gift box opens: 5% off (card) or 7% off (agent, USDC). 30% of that discounted confirmed price locks the date. Anywhere else in the continental U.S. is a review — no fake lock.
